World Mental Health Day - 10 October 💛

Mental Health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but 10th October is a day to show support for better mental health and start looking after our own wellbeing.

Our mental health is just like our physical health: everybody has it and we need to take care of it.

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year. This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is suicide prevention. Prevention is something that we can all individually help with. A can sometimes be enough to make the difference between life and death for them.

Recently 3 members or our head office Team attended attended the Mental Health First Aid course, they found the course very beneficial resulting in more of our head office employees being booked onto the course.

On Wednesday 16th October, head office will be taking part in a Tea & Talk day. Tea & Talk is all about encouraging conversation about mental health and increasing openness on the topic.
