Gender Pay Gap Report 2026/2027

At Solo Support Services, we are committed to transparency around pay equality, and this report sets out our gender pay gap figures for the 2026 to 2027 reporting year, based on a snapshot date of 5 April 2026.

The gender pay gap refers to the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women as a proportion of men’s average hourly earnings. This is measured across all jobs in the United Kingdom, not just jobs in Health and Social Care.

In line with UK government requirements for all companies with 250 employees or more, we’ve analysed hourly pay and bonus pay across our workforce to understand how earning compare between men and women.
