100 Miles in March for Mind

At Solo we have signed up to take part in the 100 Miles in March challenge, raising money for Mind.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem and campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Join 1000s of incredible Mind supporters in taking on 100 miles during march. You can complete your miles however you like. Run, Walk, Cycle, scoot, roll. Or a bit of each, inside or outside! The important thing is getting out and moving for better mental health.
