ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young teenager who enjoys playing on my iPad and games consoles with my brothers.
I also enjoy spending time with my carers. I have a lot of complex health issues for which I need support to help me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I can communicate well and have good awareness of my complex needs and the support that I require.
It is important to me to build good relationships with my PA’s to ensure that I feel comfortable at night knowing you will be there to care for me.
ABOUT YOU
You will be required to assist me with all aspects of my personal care as well as supporting me the administration of my medication, my moving and handling needs to include all transfers and regular turning during the night, my ventilation needs and suctioning when as required.
I am looking for someone to join my current team who is able to provide cover for annual leave, sickness and emergencies as and when required.
Applicants need to be female to support me with my personal care needs.
