Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour day shift (07:00-19:00), £14.00 per hour night shift (22:30-07:00)

ABOUT THE ROLE 

I am a young woman, with a diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, living at home with my parents. I require support will all activities of daily living from my personal assistants. I am looking for someone who can support me by working on an ad hoc basis to cover holidays and sickness, as and when needed.

ABOUT YOU 

I am looking a caring and reliable individual to join my small support team. You will be required to provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, suctioning and social support. As part of the role, you may also be required to support me to access the community.

• Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions).

• Training: Experience with suctioning and tracheostomy care would be preferable, but it is not essential as an excellent training package is available to ensure you are trained to the highest standards.
