Vacancy 1: 12 Hours per week. 7am-9am & 7pm-9pm on Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays.

Vacancy 2: Flexible shifts to cover holidays and sickness.

Hourly Rate: £15.76

About Me

I am a 43-year-old man living in Newark. I have Cerebral Palsy and I am a full-time electric wheelchair user. I’m looking for someone to support me in my day-today life.

I like to spend time with my fiancé and my fabulous 15-year-old cat, going to the Newark Library, and doing volunteer work.

I've always been confident with who I am, and my care and support team play a vital role in my life. Without them, I would not be able to do what I do.

About You and the Role

If you value communication and teamwork, this could be the role for you. I am looking for two people to join my team of PAs:

 · someone who can support with Personal Care in the mornings and evenings (7-9am and 7-9pm) on Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays;

· and someone who can work flexibly to support by covering holidays and sickness hours.

Experience providing personal care is desirable, but training will be provided.

Smoking is prohibited on shift due to my asthma.

Driving is desirable, to take me to any emergency appointments, but this is not essential.
