I am a young lady in my twenties, living at home with my family. I have significant physical and learning disabilities. I require support to enable me to live life as fully and as independently as possible.
I am looking for part time personal assistants to join my current team. You will be required to provide support with personal care, hoisting, bathing, dressing and social activities within my own home and the wider community. The ideal candidates will have a genuinely caring nature, good listening and communication skills, be fit, energetic, and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour. Candidates must be female due to the personal nature of the vacancy.
One to one bespoke training will be provided to meet all my medical and social needs.
The hours available are: A variety of shifts are available to include evenings, weekends, and nights to take place at home and in the community. However; candidates should also be able to cover other team members when on holiday etc. The rates of pay are: £9.40 to £11.50 per hour.
An excellent training package is available to ensure you are trained to the highest standards. Working as part of the Solo Support Services organisation will also give you access to a supportive company who promote person centred practice.
Candidates must be female due to the nature of the role.
