I am an outgoing 24-year-old young lady living in my own home. I have learning disabilities with autism and require support to help me live life to the full and be independent.
I like my life to be fulfilled and busy, I enjoy going to farms, nature parks, theme parks, out into the local community and partaking in activities that will make me happy. I especially love animals; I have my own Shetland ponies and I volunteer to walk the dogs at my local RSPCA shelter.
I am looking to recruit a team of Support Workers who can support me with day-to-day living, support my emotional well-being, personal care and accessing the community. The ideal candidate will live locally to me, be flexible, patient, have a good sense of humour and a genuine caring nature. You will need to be enthusiastic and inspiring to bring a sense of energy into my life. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respecting my home.
Car drivers, full clean driving license, and over the age of 21 for insurance purpose are essential.
We have a variety of shifts available both full and part time hours- 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Shift times are 7am-7pm for days, and 7pm-7am for waking nights.
Candidates must be female due to the nature of the role.
The hourly rate of pay is £10 per hour day and night hours.
