I am a 17 year old young male adult living at home with my Mum, brothers and sisters. I have a close family and they are all very involved in my life and care. I have complex health needs and I have been in hospital for a very long time. I am now ready to go home and get on with my life, I want to attend college and participate in age related activities. I enjoy football, boxing and playing on my Playstation.
I am looking to select a team of carers to be employed to support me at home, during the day and at night, as well as weekends and out in my community. I want to build a team with the support of Solo Support services to support me.
The ideal candidates will have health and social care experience, although this is not essential as full training will be provided in your Induction period. I may need support in hospital whilst you are trained to meet all my needs. My support will then move to my community with support at home.
