SOLOBYN
I am a male adult who lives at home with my Mum and Dad. I have
severe learning disabilities which involves my speech and being understood,
severe epilepsy, as well as complex health issues. I have a team of support
workers who work together to ensure I can continue to lead a fulfilling life at
home and visit places I enjoy, my interests are steam trains and I like to go
dancing.
The ideal candidates would be people
with previous experience of working within this field, particularly in health
and social care. As part of the team you would enable me to go to college and
be more independent. You would strive to build a relationship with me to
understand me better and work with guidance and expert knowledge from my family
and team members. You would need to be patient, honest, calm and a good
communicator.
Part time hours:
Monday 9am-4.30pm
Tuesday 9.30am-4.30pm
Wednesday 10am-6pm
Thursday 9.30-4.30pm
Friday 8.30am -2.30pm
extra hours available as and when
required, covering for sickness and annual leave.
You will learn more about me from my family members and care team and these hours will include training. The rate of pay will be £10 per hour. An excellent training package is available to ensure you are trained to the highest standards. A full, clean driving license is essential.
